Charming Stay with Welcoming Staff
I had a delightful experience, particularly thanks to the warm hospitality of Liam, who made our arrival feel special. The Deluxe twin room was spacious and well-maintained, perfect for unwinding after a long day. I noticed the dining options were somewhat limited during off-peak hours, which could use improvement.

Charming Stay with Great Room Quality
I enjoyed a peaceful night in a spacious room with impeccable cleanliness. The bedding was particularly comfortable, which enhanced my rest. Despite the location near the airport, the noise was minimal. For future guests, opt for a room on a higher floor for an even quieter experience!

Had an awesome time with friends at this beautiful manor. We explored the large landscaped gardens and enjoyed the scenic lake nearby. Just a heads up, there are no restaurant facilities yet, so plan ahead for meals. it was a fun group vacation!
One of my friends was disappointed when the showers in their initial room didn't work and had to switch rooms.

some good staff but room needs attention
The reception staff were exceptionally friendly, making check-in easy. The lake view from my room was lovely and added charm to my stay.
The room felt dated and could use some upkeep, which detracted from overall comfort.

Great staff, comfy stay
The staff were super friendly and welcoming! But the loo was a hassle since it took ages to refill. The room was nice and clean, comfy for my solo trip. Breakfast was a bit of a letdown though, with rubbery bacon and cold eggs. Still, the toiletries were nice and a plus.

Had an awesome group trip! We enjoyed cycling through the beautiful landscaped gardens and relaxing by the scenic lake. Just a heads up, the nearest food shops are a bit far away, but overall we had a blast. Definitely recommend checking it out with friends for a fun getaway!
One downside was the minor problem with staff attention during the afternoon tea service. we waited a bit for refills.

the staff were super friendly and welcoming, made me feel right at home. the room was comfy and clean with nice toiletries, which was a nice touch. the hotel itself looked great, especially the main building which is well maintained. it’s a lovely spot for a short stay before heading to the airport. also, having complimentary tea & coffee in the room was sweet.
the loo had issues and took ages to stop running after a flush, kinda annoying. also, there wasn’t much info in the room for residents, could use some improvement.
